Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality and performance of every timepiece we offer.

Coverage
All watches include a mechanical warranty covering the movement under normal use:

• In-house watches: 24 months
• Vintage watches: 6 months

Warranty duration is clearly stated on each product page.

What’s Covered

• Mechanical faults or movement failure
• Timekeeping issues outside acceptable tolerances
• Issues arising from assembly or quality control

What’s Not Covered

• Water or moisture damage
• Damage from impact, drops, or misuse
• Magnetism or exposure to extreme conditions
• Normal wear and tear (straps, crystals, scratches, plating, etc.)
• Any work carried out by third parties

Vintage Watches
Vintage timepieces are unique and may show signs of age. While tested for functionality, they are not expected to perform to modern standards. Warranty reflects this.

Making a Claim
If you experience an issue, contact us with your order details. If covered, we will repair or service the watch at no cost.

Important
Opening the watch or having it serviced by a third party will void the warranty.
