RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at enquiries@pawlstudio.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

Exchanges (Recommended)

We offer free exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit or style.

If you'd like a different model, colour, or size, we will prioritise your exchange and cover the cost of sending the new item to you.

Exchanges are the fastest and easiest way to get what you want without waiting for a refund and repurchase.

Refunds

Refunds are available for eligible returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed after the item has been returned and approved

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund where applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
- Worn or used items
- Items without original packaging
- Final sale items or gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and packaging.
